Online Services

Patient Portal

What’s a patient portal? The patient portal at Arbor Medical Pediatrics is an online service that patients and parents can join allowing you access to certain services online. These services include: scheduling certain types of appointments, request medication refills, download vaccine records, patient care summaries, download forms, pay bills online, and ask a “nurse” or doctor question.

Some questions and appointments are urgent or complicated enough that a phone call to our office is still the best option, but we hope this portal service can make many of our nonemergency services more convenient for you.
